I love a scone and it’s one of the things I miss about following a gluten & dairy free diet. So, I decided that I would have a go at making some myself and this is what I’ve come up with. These are dairy free, gluten free, low sugar scones (suitable for vegans) that are also high in protein thanks to the Chia Seeds and Gram Flour that I’ve used. These would also work well with dark chocolate drops rather than raisins or you could add grated carrot or courgette and a dollop of mustard for a savoury flavour.
