Reducing sugar in your diet

Would you like to reduce the amount of sugar in your diet? You may not be eating biscuits all day or guzzling cans of Coke, but that doesn’t mean sugar’s absent from your diet. We are often eating sugar throughout the day without even realising it.
This workshops looks at different types of sugar, where sugar comes from, identifies sources of sugar in your diet and gives you strategies for reducing added sugar in your diet and ways of coping with cravings. It will also discuss foods that can keep hunger at bay so you are less likely to reach for a sugary alternative.
A key part of this workshop will be the analysis of attendees 3 day diet diary (to be completed prior to workshop) to identify sources of sugar in their diets.
