I had these at a couple of events over the weekend and they are delicious. They work well on their own, with a variety of salads & dips, definitely with avocado and would work equally well as a side with chicken or fish.
This recipe uses curry powder, but you could easily substitute this for your favourite spices such as Morrocan or even a mixture of herbs. Make sure your coconut oil has been warmed so it coats the wedges.
