This is an easy to make family meal (although any leftovers can be frozen for another day if there’s less of you), gives you loads of veg in one meal (I tend to serve with a green salad on the side or a green veg such as broccoli – you can’t have too much broccoli!). You can add new potatoes ( kissed with butter or Olive Oil) or if you’re not gluten intolerant some lovely crusty bread. This would a good one to get the kids to make as well. Can be gluten free if you use gluten free sausages (use the best quality you can). If you like a bit of a kick you could also add some paprika to the sauce.
