You can have your (chocolate) cake & eat it!

This is one of my favourite sweet treat recipes. It’s moist, light (crumbly) & totally delicious. The best bit is that if you don’t tell anyone that there is no flour or butter in the brownies they don’t know and they will certainly never guess it’s made with beans!! So not only is it dairy free, gluten free & low sugar, it’s also high protein so doesn’t spike your blood sugars when you eat a piece. It’s also really simple to make, just pop all the ingredients into a blender, blend, pour & bake. What’s not to like!
